The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 Khaki Green trainer is probably one of the most talked about trainers releases of 2023 so far.
You might remember seeing the news in October last year when streetwear fans went into a complete frenzy at Shepherds Bush market in London. It wasn’t to get the best deal on oranges and pears, it was to get their hands on a pair of Corteiz cargo pants. Clever marketing from the London streetwear brand, offering their cargo pants for 99p saw fans of the brand come out in their thousands (literally) to bag a pair of the now world famous crotch logo military trousers. We’re not here to talk about cargo pants though, we’re here to talk about the release of the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 Khaki Green trainer which is arguably one of the most talked about collaborations of the year so far.
The good news for Corteiz fans looking to bag the sought after release is that an official release date has now been confirmed by the London streetwear label. If you had to predict a Nike trainer Corteiz would want to collab on it was always going to be the Air Max 95. The Air Max 95’s significance to the London streetwear scene is just as strong as it is on the streets of Liverpool or Manchester. Originally dubbed the 110 for its £110 price tag, the mid 90s silhouette was originally designed by the ACG designer, Sergio Lozano. March 2023 now sees Nike team up with the London streetwear brand, Corteiz, for a release that is set to sell out in literally seconds.
The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 trainer will be dropping from the Corteiz website on Friday March 10th at 7PM. If you aren’t lucky enough to bag a pair they’re are also currently available from authenticated resellers such as stockx.com.
