mint. is an exclusive marketplace that connects customers with retailers & brands across the UK & Europe. Stock levels are frequently updated using API technology. Orders are processed and shipped directly by the sellers. Authenticity is guaranteed as we only work with authorised stockists, or the brands themselves.

Our network of retailers & brands deliver to Europe, USA, Australia and the rest of the world using various tracked delivery services.

We recommend that sellers ship items within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Actual delivery time frames will vary on several factors such as seller location & the location of delivery. If you have any queries regarding  a specific order & delivery please contact us.

*Please note Business Days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

We do not charge any additional taxes on delivery. Please also be aware of local import and taxation laws/duties.

If you have a problem with an order please email: info@thats-mint.com with the order number and we will try our very best to resolve the issue for both parties.

Customers can rate each seller using a feedback star system from 1-5. We are committed to growing excellent feedback for all sellers on mint. that ship items within the designated time frames and constantly offer a 5 star service.

Once the order has been processed & shipped the seller will provide you with a tracking number which can be checked via the Orders section of My Account.

An email or SMS message may also be sent to the customer to advise of delivery times from the different couriers used by each seller.

We accept all major credit & cards via Stripe.

If you would like to return your item(s) please open a refund request via the Orders section of My Account within 14 days of receiving your order. Our sellers should accept returns for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order as part of our terms & conditions.

Please make sure to send your item(s) via tracked mail to avoid any discrepancies with delivery. You can also add your tracking number via the Orders section of My Account by clicking on the order and ‘Add Note’. Once the seller has confirmed receipt of the item(s) the refund will be processed. Return postage is not covered by mint. but some sellers may cover these costs.

We do not in any shape or form condone the sale of counterfeit goods. All of our sellers are authorised stockists to guarantee authenticity & peace of mind on each purchase.
