Maharishi travel to the Greyfield Woods in Somerset for their latest AW22 editorial featuring plenty of Polartec® & Primaloft® technology across a range of technical gear.
The London based label, Maharishi, returns for AW22 with a collection of technical apparel. Founded back in 1994 by Hardy Blechman, Maharishi are renowned for their “East meets West” aesthetic. With military influences from the USA to South East Asia, Maharishi are a highly respected name in the apparel game. For their latest editorial, Maharishi travels to the Greyfield Wood in Somerset to highlight their latest offerings of technical gear. Continuing their ethos of “respect nature, utilise technology”, the AW22 collection features a range of technical fabrics made from recycled nylons with their signature military inspiration evident throughout.
Highlights of the collection includes aviator headwear with Primaloft® insulation & detachable face coverings. Polartec® technical hoodies boast Japanese recycled nylon panels & integrated face masks. Oversized Snopants® feature a looser fit & are water repellent courtesy of the lightweight nylon fabric which is reinforced with a micro-ripstop weave. The Ventile® Eco Hemp Organic Cotton Parka features internal carry straps to free up the hands as well as a water repellent fabric which was originally developed in Manchester.
There’s also water repellent bucket hats constructed from Ventile® Eco Hemp Organic Cotton & padded cargo scarfs which feature pop studded cargo pockets for some added storage in a weather resistant nylon fabric.
