Working Days

Working day deliveries apply to the following working day, provided they are placed before 1pm (GMT/BST). Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays and our Christmas closing period 24th Dec – 2nd Jan

For example: A Next Day Delivery order placed at 1pm on a Monday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the following working day (Tuesday). An order placed at 3pm on a Monday will be dispatched the following day (Tuesday) for delivery on the Wednesday. An order placed on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day. Please note all times stated are estimates and cannot be guaranteed upon.


Any tracking numbers will be emailed when order dispatch is confirmed. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will provide you with one.

Delivery Location

We aim to deliver worldwide. If for some reason your country is not listed in the checkout shipping options, please contact us and we will try to arrange shipment.

Import Duty / VAT / Fees

When ordering from outside the UK, on the arrival of goods, your local customs office may charge you Import, Duty, VAT and/or other fees depending on their import rules. For the EU we are not currently registered for the VAT one stop shop, so it is likely you will need to pay fees on your order.

This is not something we have control over.

Kindly note that if your order is refused or returned to us as undelivered we will of course refund for the undelivered item/s – however postage charges which were incurred at the time of ordering will not be reimbursed.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, although if you are not completely satisfied, the following advice details how to make a return. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

Unwanted Items

In Line with our order terms and conditions any goods must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Items MUST be returned in an unused state still bearing all original tags and packaging. All goods purchased online must be returned to the Return Address and using the Return Checklist shown below. Please obtain proof of postage for your returned items as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so please take care when returning items to us, as such we request any returns are sent using the Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service. A refund will only be issued on receipt of goods in the condition described above.

Please note that the carriage costs are non-refundable on non-faulty items.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

Firstly, we apologise that you have received a damaged or faulty product. On return of the product to our offices and after assessment we will happily replace the product (providing it is in stock) or issue a refund.

Faulty On Use

If your product develops an issue within the first six months of use you may return it under warranty. Please follow the advice in the section below on how to do this.

Damaged / Faulty On Arrival

Where possible we will aim to replace your item. If this is not possible we will refund you the price of the item.

We will not charge you for the cost of returning the item(s) provided we organise the collection of the item(s). If you organise the return of the item independently we may well issue a refund but only to a reasonable value (usually to the value it would have cost us if we had arranged a collection on your behalf). As such please keep a copy of the receipt for any postage.
