Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We advise all sellers on mint. to adhere to our terms & conditions for sellers which states returns must be accepted by all sellers within 14 days of receipt of delivery and a full refund to be issued. Refunds should be processed in a timely manner, ideally within 7 days after they receive the returned items. All item(s) should be returned with their original packaging with the originals tags still attached. If the returned item(s) have an odour or have visibly been worn, sellers are well within their rights to decline the refund. To view each sellers specific returns policy please view the ‘Delivery & Returns’ section which is shown on each product. 

To start a return, please email info@thats-mint.com with your order number, item(s) purchased and the reason for return. We will then advise the next steps.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, our sellers will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the sellers address. This will be provided by our customer service team once the refund has been requested. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Our sellers cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
