The Salomon ACS Pro Features A Stride-Stabilising Agile Chassis System

The Tech Heavy Trail Trainer Gets An Update

The Salomon ACS Pro is a tech heavy trail trainer which originally came on the outdoors scene back in the mid noughties & now arrives in an archive inspired lapis blue colourway.

Salomon are (probably) one of the most in demand performance footwear brands out there at the moment. With traditional trainer fans now opting for tech heavy trail trainers, it’s the French footwear brand that has filled the gap with GORE-TEX technology and more grip underfoot than you thought was physically possible. Following on from the huge success of silhouettes like the XT-4, the XT-6 & the sought after S/LAB range, Salomon now turn their attention to the ACS Pro, a mid noughties trail trainer which is treated to a functional upgrade for 2023. The Salomon ACS Pro trainer features a stride-stabilising Agile Chassis System (we’ll get into that more in a moment) and now arrives in an updated ‘Lapis Blue’ colourway.

The tech heavy trail trainer first came on the outdoors scene back in the mid noughties. Upgraded with ACS (Agile Chassis™ System) which provides superior stability, the innovative trainer tech works in tandem with the EnergyCell midsole. Featuring 3D anti-debris mesh uppers for maximum breathability with SensiFit™ technology & a Kurim structure for added sturdiness, the ACS Pro also boasts openings to the lateral and medial sides for optimal air flow.

Performance just doesn’t just stop there though. The All Terrain Contagrip® outsole offers some of the very best grip the industry has to offer. A Quicklace™ lacing system ensures an optimal fit with an added lace pocket so tie up loose ends. Finished off with Salomon’s signature branding to the toebox, tongue & sidewalls, the ACS Pro now arrives in an archive inspired lapis blue/black/buttercup colourway. The Salomon ACS Pro Lapis Blue trainer is now available to shop from salomon.com.
