By listing & selling products on thats-mint.com you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders must be shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

*Please note Business Days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Payment

As a seller on mint. you will accept major credit & debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna via Stripe’s secure checkout system.

Returns

Returns must be accepted by all verified sellers within 14 days of receipt of delivery and a full refund will be issued. Refunds should be processed within 7 days after you receive the returned items. If item(s) are returned without their original tags attached, have an odour or have visibly been worn, sellers do not need to issue a refund.

Affiliates

This agreement is between Mint Media Ltd and its affiliate sellers. The standard rate of commission for all affiliate sellers is 10% for retailers & 15% for brands (this includes all sale items). The agreed commission is on the gross item(s) sale value, not the deducted order value after the Affiliate platform has taken its percentage. For example if a jacket sells for £250 our commission is £25. Any affiliates that do not pay mint. the agreed commission(s) will have their products removed.

All confirmed transactions must be paid within 60 days of the original order date. If any transactions are still owed after the 60 days all products will be removed until any outstanding payments are paid.

Product Feeds

Product feeds must include the following; a minimum of 4 product images (if applicable), size, colour, category, retail price, sale price, description & brand.

Governing Law

Your use of this site and any purchase by you on this site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property

All the material contained in this website – the website design, text and graphics and their selection and arrangement and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to us, our licensors or the providers of such information. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.

You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from us.
