Delivery Info
Items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We offer Free Delivery on all UK orders over £150. A tracking number will be added to the order once we have dispatched the item(s).
The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers.
Our courier’s records of any delivery, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.

Returns & Refunds
If returns are received by mint. & their verified sellers within 14 days of receipt by the customer, a refund will be issued. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used. If you’re item is damaged or faulty please state this in the returns request. When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that items are well packaged.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract begins and ends on the expiry of fourteen working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products. Once the order is accepted we cannot cancel or amend the order after dispatch, as orders are shipped immediately following payment.
