The exclusive Asian line returns for Autumn/Winter 2022 with The North Face Urban Exploration ‘Urban Geology’ collection which features a range of functional gear’ geared up for the urban city dwellers.
If you’re a fan of GORE-TEX, outdoors gear & some of the arguably greatest jackets of all time, we probably don’t need to go into too much detail about The North Face. A technical outerwear brand that has been flying the flag for GORE-TEX literally ever since there was a thing called GORE-TEX. What I’ve always personally loved about TNF is the different sub labels on offer. The Red Label for example was an Italian exclusive which was introduced courtesy of our friends at Slam Jam around 2016. Then there was the Purple Label, a Japanese exclusive courtesy of the guys & gals at Nanamica. With the introduction of The North Face Urban Exploration line in 2017, TNF have managed to bridge the gap between functional outdoors gear & Japanese design perfectly. The Urban Exploration line now returns for Autumn/Winter 2022, as an Asian exclusive (sadly), with the ‘Urban Geology’ collection.
Geared up for the urban city dwellers, although the garments will perform just as good on the mountains & the peaks, the latest Urban Exploration collection features a collection of functional pieces like DRY-VENT parkas with tartan prints, technical pants & blazers, military inspired 700 fill down jackets in army greens, exclusive colourways of the Mule, quilted liners, sherpa fleeces, GORE-TEX jackets & functional sweatshirts with zipped pockets.
