mint. uses the very latest API technology to synch stock levels in “real time” from a range of retailers & brands we work with. Our marketplace offers a carefully curated selected of some of the most sought after styles. Orders are shipped directly by the seller.
If you are making a purchase from one of our affiliate sellers you will be re-directed to the sellers own website to complete your purchase. All sales are tracked using our integrated affiliate tracking technology.
We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as Klarna & Clear Pay at checkout.
SELLING
To start selling on mint. please email info@thats-mint.com and our team will guide you through the process to start onboarding products onto our platform.
Orders placed on mint. are synched using the very latest API technology, connecting real-time stock levels, availability, orders & delivery info direct to your own e-commerce platform.
Once an order is paid the seller is paid instantly, minus our commission, avoiding the hassle of waiting for payments.
We charge a flat rate of 15% of an all orders processed through mint.
To start adding products to mint. you will need to add our integrated software to your e-commerce platform to synch products & stock levels. This process can take around 12-24 hours. Once products are synched, orders can be processed via mint.
DELIVERY
Delivery can depend on various factors such as which seller you ordered from, where abouts the seller is located and which delivery/shipping options you selected at checkout.
If you are still unsure, please refer to the sellers own delivery policy. We recommend all sellers selling through mint. dispatch items with a minimum of 24-48 hours business days.
If you’ve had an issue with delivery we recommend to contact the seller directly first and they should be able to resolve your issue. If you still have an issue with an order please contact info@thats-mint.com with your order reference and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS
To return an item simply follow the guidelines for returns as per the sellers refunds & return policy.
